Tokens represent the currency used for generating images in RenderAI. For example, with 100 tokens you can create up to 100 AI images, 50 Upscales, or 10 AI Videos.

How do you calculate the tokens?

The number of tokens required to generate an image depends on the computational demands of the specific tool being used by our servers.

Can I control how many tokens I will use?

Yes. Use the low-quality generation options to keep token usage low. We still use the most advanced models available to be able to produce superior results. Token consumption will be always communicated before and during the generation process.

How long are my tokens valid?

All free and purchased credits are valid for 30 days, or until the subscription ends, starting from the date that they have been added to your account.

Can I ask for a refund?

Sadly, purchases are not refundable for now. Please check out our refund section on our Terms of Service to know more. If you have any questions, please contact us.

How do I get my account upgraded?
