What do I need to use the app?

You only need a Google Account to use our app. No setup, no software downloads.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, anytime. You can cancel your subscription through the service you used to subscribe. You can know more on your profile section or reach out to us, we will help you.

What is a token?

Tokens represent the currency used for generating images in RenderAI. For example, using RenderAI, with 100 tokens you can create up to 100 AI images, 50 Upscales, or 10 AI Videos.

How do you calculate the tokens?

The number of tokens required to generate an image depends on the computational demands of the specific tool being used by our servers.

Can I know how many tokens I will use?

Yes. Use the low-quality generation options to keep token usage low. We still use the most advanced models available to be able to produce superior results. Token consumption will be always communicated before and during the generation process.

How long are my tokens valid?

All free and purchased credits are valid for 30 days, or until the subscription ends, starting from the date that they have been added to your account.

Can I ask for a refund?

Purchases are not refundable. Please check out our refund section on our Terms of Service to know.

Do I get my tokens immediately?

Most payments are processed automatically, but some may take up to 24 hours for admin verification. You will receive a purchase receipt from the payment partner, and we will send you a confirmation email after the account has been upgraded. Be sure to refresh the page on confirmation to enable all pro features.
