- You only need an internet connection and a Google or Microsoft account to use RenderAI Create app. We make it fast and easy to use, no setup, no software downloads.
- We support typical image files such as JPG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC formats for sketches and reference images with a maximum of 5MB.
- Yes, RenderAI works on any device with an internet connection including smartphones and tablets.
- Get any plan to upgrade your account and enable the features you need.
- After a payment is received, you will receive a purchase receipt and a confirmation email after upgrade. The process takes less than 5 minutes, but in some cases an admin may need to review the payment manually.
- We partner with FastSpring, a first-class payment and subscription platform, to securely process all transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and protected, and we do not have access to it.
- Tokens represent the currency used for generating images in RenderAI. For example, with 100 tokens you can create up to 100 AI images or Upscales, or 10 AI Videos.
- The number of tokens required to generate an image depends on the computational demands of the specific tool being used by our servers.
- Yes. Use the low-quality generation options to keep token usage low. We still use the most advanced models available to be able to produce superior results. Token consumption will be always communicated before and after the generation process.
- All free and purchased monthly tokens are valid for 30 days, while yearly tokens are valid for 1 year from the date they are added to your account.
- Yes, but only if you have an active Creator Pro or Premium Pro subscription. You cannot buy tokens without an active qualifying plan. When you buy a top-up, it is a one-time purchase for your current billing period.
- Yearly plans provide one total token balance for the year that you can use at any time during your subscription period. Monthly plans provide tokens per month (valid for 30 days).
- Unused tokens expire at the time of renewal or if your subscription is paused or canceled. Tokens do not roll over to the next billing period.
- You can cancel at anytime directly with our payment partner. Check your profile section or reach out to us for help.
